Part A
- 335 grams cornmeal
- 88 grams all-purpose flour
- 9 grams baking powder
- 5 grams baking soda
- 7 grams salt
Part B
120 grams sugar
2 Eggs / 95 grams
55g Butter
380 grams milk
Methodology
Preheat the oven to 400 F (200 C).
Soften the butter. Combine with the sugar and egg until creamy.
Mix the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
Cut the butter mixture into the dry ingredients. Add the milk until the mixture is consistent.
Pour mixture into a greased cake pan. Bake for 20-23 minutes.
