Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 750g pork sausage
  • 2 onions
  • choppes sage
  • zest of lemon
  • 200g chestnust
  • 100g white breadcrumbs
  • 2 apples
  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper

Methodology

  1. Cook onions in butter. Add lemon zest and sage.

  2. Mix in other ingrdients.
